When you arrive please remain in your vehicle and we will text you when we are ready for you to enter the spa.
Covid screening will continue to be done.
If you are experiencing any covid symptoms we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better.

Some new guidelines have been put in place to help adhere to the Ministry of Health's requests. Please read on to find out how your care may be affected, and what actions you may need to take.
If you do not have an appointment booked: You can now call the spa to book your appointments, or book online.
If you already have an appointment booked: You will receive a reminder by email 24 hrs before, on the date and time of your appointment.
- Proof of double vaccination for all clients aged 12 and over is mandatory in order to receive a facial.
- Customers can either provide proof of vaccination OR a negative PCR-Antigen test taken within the last 72 hours before entering the spa.
- Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times except during facial treatment.
Face masks are required at all times while in the spa, unless receiving a facial.
Cleaning & Sanitation Procedures
Extra time will be dedicated between appointments to clean the treatment table, headrest, doorknobs, light switches, floors, all furnishings and equipment thoroughly.
Frequent hand washing will occur, as per usual practice.
All other linens are changed and sanitized after each treatment as per the spa’s usual routine.
Clothing worn by the aesthetician is strictly for treatment and time at the spa only, the aesthetician will also have proper face covering for the treatments.
All cleaning procedures will be documented.
We will be calling you the day before your scheduled in-person appointment to ask you a few questions and to make sure it is safe for you to attend your appointment. We will then explain the arrival procedure to you, to ensure everyone's safety.
If you need to pick up products or gift certificates, please call or email the spa prior to showing up. Patients who call ahead can have their package collected for them and pick it up at the front door. If you are not comfortable coming to the spa we are working on an online boutique for your convenience.
All in-person appointments will require to fill out a Covid-19 self-declaration form 24hrs prior to the appointment.
